The Aerie is a contemporary loft space designed for a single musician who collects instruments, art and books, loves to entertain and occasionally teaches form home.  The project is a play on lines and plains, both vertical and horizontal. Bringing the roof down to the mezzanine level helps accomplish this in addition to brining more natural light into the depths of the generous space. Welcome to the Aerie.
